Fog Garden connects the biological and technical aspects of water to transform a neglected entry tunnel to Tivoli Park into a place of multi-sensory delight through the use of fogponics. Fogponics are plants that grow with fog. A network of pipes draw water from street mains to ultrasonic foggers encased in translucent capsules, emitting clouds of mist to feed a cascade of flowering plants. As plants blossom and fade, they produce a dynamic experience of color, shadow, texture, humidity and scent every day, every season.
