10Observing Space

Open Call, 13 February 2014
Slovenia harbors a budding space scene, epitomized by the recently formed Cultural Centre of European Space Technologies (KSEVT), which promotes research on “space culturalization” through “Composite Missions of art and science”. Harnessing the potential of this remarkable convergence, this team will explore new ideas that can be sparked by the presence of the human in outer space.

Reaction, 5 September 2014
Through media and technology, space has become seemingly more and more accessible and understood over the past decades. These space observations channel the understanding of unimaginable dimensions of time and space into a concrete individual experience. The proposals presented here are not imaginative or illustrative. They enable a personal relationship and experience towards scientific knowledge on the life of man and living forms in extraterrestrial space.
