BIO 50 has sparked many ideas, projects, networks and possible cooperations that are visible either in the continuation of the projects or in creating the new collaborations in the future. Many projects became starting points for submissions to other exhibitions and inspirations for presentations, lectures and diverse researches.

The exhibition mounts that were developed by Matic Vrabič, the BIO 50 exhibition designer, have now evolved into a furniture family Domestic Platforms and is produced in small series with plans to expand the production even further. The furniture system has gained international attention by being feature in a recent Domus article.

Some parts of the exhibition or individual projects have already received an invitation for presentation at other venues in Slovenia and abroad. PSX CONSULTANCY from Designing Life were presented at Baltan Laboratories in the Netherlands and for many other projects the arrangements are still in the process. FRICTION ATLAS project form the group Walking the City will be featured at the exhibition Adhocracy Athens. Due to success of the project AA Architectural Association, Architecture School in London Nanotourism mentors will organize another Summer School in Vitanje in 2015 to continue with the research and workshops on their topics. In the spring or summer the MOTO, mobile object by Affordable Living, is likely to be moved to other locations in Ljubljana to connect community with under-used public space. It will host workshops with residents of Fužine in September as part of the project by Oloop designers. The HACKING HOUSEHOLDS group endeavours to push the project further and develop the additional open structure system products or outcomes. The project has been selected from the open-call to participate at the Adhocracy Athens exhibition. The ENGINE BLOCKS will continue raise questions on open and closed system of everyday life in the format of future exhibitions. Due to intensive collaboration between designers and Slovenian companies and manufacturers, a large number of works were developed within the Hidden Crafts group. Few companies like Rokodelski center Ribnica, Interseroh and Kamena have expressed plans to develop the projects further for the market. A project within the group by Alessandro Fonte, THE REBOOTS, will be exhibited at the Adhocracy Athens exhibition at the end of April. Beno Ogrin from Kamena and Anna Badur are teaming up in making a series of bowls and vessels from Slovene limestone Repen, which will be presented at Salone del mobile di Milano. A project within the group by Alessandro Fonte, THE REBOOTS, will be exhibited at the Adhocracy Athens exhibition at the end of April. Project Phone Home INC. from Observing Space group will be featured in the April exhibition on the search for alien life at Cosmodrome in Genk.
