Join the International Contest and Exhibition of Instagram Photos: TRANSMITTING ENERGY - BIO 50 (17 February to 30 May 2014).

1. Download the Instagram app for your iPhone or Android to your phone.

2. Follow @bio_50 on Instagram.

3. Take an original photo in line with the contest theme Transmitting Energy.

4. Upload the photo you took to Instagram and tag it with #BIO50energy and @bio_50 in the text input box before posting.

5. Make sure that your profile is set to public, otherwise the contest organiser will not be able to access your photos.

6. Each contestant can post an unlimited number of photos throughout the contest period.
