The Friction Atlas diagrams on the square present the regulations for activities in public space in different cities and countries worldwide, from Washington D.C. to Singapore, Genoa and Ljubljana. This diagrams address the issue of legibility of public space, its programs and the laws that regulate its uses. The audience were invited to explore them as in the playing field – alone and in the group. Project by La Jetée (Paolo Patelli and Giuditta Vendrame).
