Panton ?

In 1959/60 the designer Verner Panton created a comfortable chair made ​​from one single piece of plastic, suitable for use in almost any ambience. Soon Panton chair became a sensation, it was often awarded and now has long been regarded as one of the icons of modern design.

At the 55th anniversary of the formation and the 15th anniversary since a chair was produced of polypropylene in large series, the Kubus-Interior in cooperation with company Vitra invited 10 designers and artists to transform a chair and add their personal touch. Products of invited designers and artists will be exhibited and for sale at the premises of Kubus-Interiors. Money from the sale of “new made” Panton chairs will be donated to the Pediatric Clinic in Ljubljana.
