At the event Day of open spaces, members of Macedonian Cultural Society will present a traditional public ritual that takes place every year on the streets of Macedonia.

Members of the Macedonian Cultural Society in collaboration with the initiative ProstoRož will roast peppers outdoors for the preparation of traditional Macedonian dish called Ajvar and thus they will present a public ritual that takes place every year on the streets of Macedonia and is the part of life outdoors. Culinary performance is part of event Day of open spaces, organized by initiative prostoRož.
