A CAKE WITH FALLOPIA JAPONICA:
Clean about half a kilo of Fallopia stems.
Put baking paper in a tin and arrange the Fallopia stems in the tin.
Make a mixture out of 100 ml milk with 2 eggs, 50 grams of flour, 50 grams of fine sugar, the marrow of a vanilla bean and some salt. Pour that on top of the Fallopia stems in the tin, and bake it 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
