COMMUNITY OF MAKING

»These tableware objects are created uniting two different materials, wood and clay. We noticed that the Ribnica craftsmen work mostly individually and separated from each other: one craftsman, one material, one single technique, one kind of object. Therefore, we decided to create a space and time where they could meet each other and talk, exchange ideas and collaborate. The task was to take a step forward, towards two collaborative craftsmen, two materials, two techniques, and one common object.«
